Returns

Returns are resolved on a case by case basis. If size adjustment is needed, most designs can be altered (See details in Size Adjustments below).  In the event that a flaw (a hole, missing stitches, etc.) made it past my examination, I will repair it for no extra charge and will cover shipping one way. 

Note on fabric: Some of the fabric I use can contain a somewhat irregular hemp yarn, which is what gives it such beautiful complex texture. Very occasionally there are variations in the fabric that I reinforce with hand stitches which you would likely never notice except under thorough examination. I do not consider this a flaw as the fabric has been reinforced. 

Size Adjustments

Providing my customers with a proper fitting garment is very important to me, so if your  measurements fall outside of the default size range (example: Bust fits the Medium size range but waist needs the S or L size range), most of my designs can be altered to accommodate this for a a $25 additional charge and will be specified in the listing. See more details about fit on the 'Sizing' page.

Please reach out if there are any questions or concerns about the sizing, I am more than happy to double check that the garment will fit you properly. This will also give me a chance to make adjustments if needed on listings that specify this option. If size adjustments are desired *after* your package is received, customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. 

Please look into any import fees or VAT tax that your country collects. Customers will be responsible for any customs fees.
